Anna Matrosov, OT Reg. (Ont.), Occupational Therapist

As the founder of Workplace Safety & Wellness Solutions, Anna is a Registered Occupational Therapist with over 25 years of experience in community care, auto insurance, long term disability insurance, occupational health and employer return to work programs. Anna has taught at Humber College and trained other healthcare professionals. She has performed hundreds of complex ergonomic risk assessments, job match assessments, and physical/job demands analyses.  Anna has provided ergonomics, workplace assessments, and return to work support services to individuals as well as to large organizations across Ontario. Anna has experience assessing unionised workplaces.  Anna has performed workplace assessments for The Scarborough Hospital, Southlake Regional Health Centre, Mackenzie Health, and Stevenson Memorial Hospital, Chartwell, Schlegel Villages, Voortman Cookies Ltd, THK Rhythm Automotive, Community Living Toronto, INNIO Waukesha,  Canadian Pacific Railway Company and Canadian Pacific Kansas City Railway Company (CPKC), iA Financial Insurance Company, and many others.    

Leon Matrosov, CRSP, OHS & WSIB Consultant

As consultant, trainer and program developer with Workplace Safety & Wellness Solutions and SafeToWork,  Leon has over 25 years of experience as a disability and safety manager with extensive WSIB knowledge including participation in Tribunal hearings. Leon has facilitated thousands of return-to-work scenarios.  He has worked with employers such as Ford Oakville Assembly Plant, Purolator, Ryder, Unilever, Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA,) Ontario Services Safety Alliance (OSSA), and Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), looking after safety and return-to-work programs.  

Lee-Anne Lewis, OT Reg. (Ont.), Occupational Therapist

A consultant with Workplace Safety & Wellness Solutions, Lee-Anne is a Registered Occupational Therapist with over 25 years of experience; her professional experience has focused on delivering occupational therapy services in community practice.   Lee-Anne leads the Physical and Cognitive Demands assessment division at Workplace Safety & Wellness Solutions.  Lee-Anne is a certified clinician of the Progressive Goal Attainment Program (PGAP) and has completed the University of Florida Life Care Planning Pre-Certification Program.  Working with the federal government and employers in the manufacturing, healthcare and social service sectors, such as Schlegel Villages, THK Rhythm Automotive, Chartwell, Reconnect Community Health Services, and iA Financial Insurance Company, Lee-Anne has performed a variety of worksite assessments for the purpose of accommodation and return to work.   In her role with Workplace Safety & Wellness Solutions, Lee-Anne facilitates successful outcomes for the more complex return to work situations.
